Charel produced jewelry between 1945 - 1959. The quality is considered equal to Lisner high end items. However, Charel sets seem to be more rare than do Lisner groupings.

Excellent condition.  The gold tone metal is shiny and free if tarnish.  There are a few tiny paint chips on some of the leaves.
