    How To Check Maximum RAM Capacity?(Easiest Way)

    A. In the search box, search forcmd and click Run as administrator. This will open the command prompt.

    B. Once command prompt is opened,type wmic memphysical get maxcapacity and hit enter. There, it will show themaximum RAM capacity your notebook's motherboard can support.

    The capacity is shown asKilobytes, so you have to convert it ot Gigabytes by dividing the numberprovided in the report by 1,048,576.
