Orders outside of the UK are always sent via a tracked courier service such as DPD, UPS, FedEx, or similar.
Buyers are responsible for any taxes/duties/customs/fees. If a parcel is returned to us because customs fees were not paid on time, we will only refund the price of the crystal and not the postage charge. We request immediate payment on a first come, first service basis and cannot hold or reserve items.

We offer a 30 day return period on our items.
Returns are to be processed through the eBay returns system. We cannot refund you until the item is safely back with us and has been inspected.
