This is a re chromed center console bezel for a 1963 64 Buick Riviera.  This is in excellent shape. The chrome is high quality and there are no dents, scratches, or dings. Chroming is expensive. Most of these are pitted or scratched.  If you are looking to upgrade your Riv this is a good start. Thanks for looking. I have many first generation Riviera parts.
