An interesting (approx late 20th Century) high mountain oil on board painting showing what I think is the Aiguille d’Ansabere in the French Pyrenees. The painting is illegibly signed lower left possible “A Douvry 99”. The scene is well painted probably by an alpinist. Has a gallery label verso from Pau in the Pyrenees. The painting is in good condition with a few chips/marks as show in the photos.

Comes in a very nice modern blue wooden frame. Which is in good condition. Painting approx 33x24cm (French 4F) and overall frame size 41x32cm.
