Pretty rare 2001 Fender HH Strat deluxe with some important upgrades: A real German made Schaller Floyd bs the “licensed” Floyd that fender shipped these with and an excellent pair of Rio Grande Humbuckers provide all the clarity and punch that was missing from the Fender stock pickups. The deluxe neck is of course a beauty to play, excellent action and feel, quick detuning with the EVH d-tuna. A fantastic colorway on this one as well. A couple of finish flaws on back, the most notable being on top of the neck pocket where someone with an overzealous drill tightened down the neck plate too much and popped 2 spots on the finish. The second is a small chip on the back on the lower bout just below the belly cut.
