If you are reading this, you will already know something of Veldtschoen shoes and the Lotus variety in particular. Advertised as being waterproof, this Lotus shoe utilises zug leather by Martins of Scotland. Beloved by service men, outdoor pursuits enthusiasts, and discerning members of the public, this classic shoe (and boot) has remained perennially popular, spawning many imitators and healthy prices. (I have found similar shoes at equivalent prices, and quality always costs!) I don't know the year of manufacture, but the numbers may provide some indication if you are able to decipher them.

Condition: as you can see in the photos, these pre-owned Lotus shoes are unworn and as new, with the only downside being the label cord, which has broken releasing the Zug leather tag and the lack of the original box.
