This video features posing routines of the top six competitors and also has interviews, backstage pump room footage and pre-judging footage. Some of the competitors shown include Flex Wheeler, Paul Dillet, Vince Taylor, Lee Labrada, J.J. Marsh, Mike Matarazzo. Some of the women featured are Kim Chivzevsky, Sharon Marvel, Sandy Riddell, Sue Gafner, Debbie Muggli and Yolanda Hughes.
