Shipping

• Domestic and international shipping.
• Our shipping does not include any taxes, VAT, customs duty, or any third-party charges.
• HKPost is our designated postage service provider.
• The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is calculated based on the official information provided by our postage service provider. The ETA of major countries are as below:
• United States: 7 - 16 working days
• United Kingdom: 10 -11 working days 
• Canada: 10 - 17 working days
• The day of dispatch would be Day 0.
• Major overseas destinations, including the USA, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany and Australia, have ceased to provide tracking information of registered mail by HKPost. tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong.
• We provide after-sales service support to ensure that buyers receive their items. We will usually take actions if the items have not arrived after the ETA.

Returns

• 30 days returns.
• Domestic and International returns are both accepted.
• Only defective products are accepted for returns, excluding size problems. 
• Shipping fee for returning the products will not be covered.
