• Beschreibung: handschriftlich bezeichnet "1877". Modestudien zweier elegant gekleideter Damen. Sie sind ganz in der Manier des mittleren 19. Jahrhunderts gekleidet. Auf eng geschnittene Oberteile folgen weite Röcke, wobei die Taille besonders betont wird. Eine reich mit Volants verzierte Schleppe bildet den hinteren Teil der festlichen Kleider. Beide Frauen tragen reich verzierte Hauben mit Federschmuck und sind einander zugewandt. Oberhalb der Damen zwei männliche Porträts im Brustbild. Die Zeichnungen entstanden zum Teil für die Publikation "150 Jahre Weltgeschichte für die Dame. Nach zeitgenössischen Berichten und Vorlagen", die sich mit der Mode des 19. und beginnenden 20. Jahrhunderts befasste. Sie erschien im Jahr 1955 unter der Herausgeberschaft von Erhard KLEPPER.

• Description: handwritten inscribed "1877". Fashion studies of two elegantly dressed ladies. They are dressed entirely in the manner of the middle 19th century. Tightly cut tops are followed by wide skirts, with particular emphasis on the waist. A train richly decorated with flounces forms the back of the festive dresses. Both women wear richly decorated bonnets with feather ornaments and face each other. Above the ladies are two male portraits in the bust. The drawings were partly made for the publication "150 Jahre Weltgeschichte für die Dame. After contemporary reports and models", which dealt with the fashion of the 19th and early 20th century. It was published in 1955 under the editorship of Erhard KLEPPER.

• Condition: Good condition. The image is mounted on paper. The paper is pale discoloured and wavy in the area of the corners due to the adhesive. Smaller tears at the left margin, the paper is weakly wavy in the area of the lower margin.
