  • Beschreibung: Neben einer größeren Darstellung einer Hundesilhouette finden sich hier verschiedene Studien zu Sternzeichen, so zwei Fische, ein Zwillingspaar, ein Kentaur/Schütze, Skorpion und Krebs, Waage, Stier, Steinbock, Jungfrau (mit Kind), Löwe und Wassermann. Dieses und weitere der eingstellten Werke stammen aus einer Skizzenmappe aus dem persönlichen Nachlass von Hans Thoma.

  • Description: In addition to a larger depiction of a dog silhouette, there are various studies of zodiac signs, such as two Pisces, a pair of twins, a centaur/Sagittarius, Scorpio and Cancer, Libra, Taurus, Capricorn, Virgo (with child), Leo and Aquarius. This and other works on display are from a portfolio of sketches from Hans Thoma's personal estate.

  • Condition: Good condition. Irregularly trimmed, paper somewhat browned, slightly wavy lower margin, fingerprints lower left, small dog's ear lower right, small stain in depiction of the twins.
