Untested and sold as-is.  Judging by all the GM parts I've gone through over the last year, my guess is that it was working when it was removed and has been in storage ever since.  This is heavy so I might ship flat rate priority depending on the address.  

Please note the handling time. I try to get the item out next day but I travel for work and need a few days sometimes.
