Fantastic Dolls House from KidKraft with a lift, a patio, with sounds and lights. The new one cost £150. 

Condition is good, just occasional scratches. There is a bit of water damage to the roof only (see photo). 

Three floors, plenty of furniture. Floor light has a real bulb in it and lights (battery is required, but we have just changed it for a new one). The piano makes a sound, the toilet makes a flushing sound. Both needs batteries, we have changed them for new ones. Lift is mechanical, goes from the ground floor to the the first floor, than there is a nice staircase to the third floor. 

The house is pretty big - 118cm tall and 84cm wide. Suitable for Barbie dolls or any other dolls similar in size. 

It can make a great Christmas present! Collection only from North London (NW4), or we are happy to bring it within a reasonable distance.
