These headphones DO WORK, however the power button does NOT.    The headphones need to be synced up using the "NFC" function and once they are synced ALL functions work.    MUST BE SYNCED WITH A PHONE(Android) THAT HAS THE "NFC" FUNCTION.   It is in Good condition with little markings and scratches.    They sound great.   Included:   Headphones and USB Charging Cable.
