The sconces were sold on 12/04/23. The transaction was never completed due to a misunderstanding regarding shipping.

Presenting a rare pair of French Deco mid century circa 1940’s modern light sconces. Measure 8”x 5”. Fabulous hand painted glass shades with brass shade fasteners. The European sockets are intermediate size, between candelabra and standard. They have original working on/off pull strings. There is one wire that goes from the pull mechanism to the socket that is missing. I have shown with a pencil along side of the other socket. I think easily replaced by someone with experience. The fixtures can also be hardwired eliminating the pulls. An easier fix may be to replace with US sockets with or without pulls.
