How its made?

 

This Part begins its life in a full sheet of aluminium.

It then gets cut into a flat shape cutout, using our in-house CNC cutting machine

We check for any blemishes or sharp edges and deburr where required.           

 

Post & Packing

We do our best to avoid as much plastic as possible in postage, however occasionally, if we receive items wrapped in plastic and it can be re-used, we will do so.  Similarly, we may also reuse boxes sent to us.

We use PayPal & Ebay Payment Manager for our payment system.
Please pay promptly after purchase to ensure expedient despatch.
An invoice will be emailed when your order is placed and confirmed.

Standard Orders are dispatched promptly, we allow 3-5 days for delivery but typically arrive 1-2 days.
Wherever possible we us Royal Mail shipping in UK, this enables us to deliver to the majority of the UK at no additional cost.

Occasionally with larger items: Deliveries to Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland. Scottish Highlands and SOME, postcodes beginning HS, IV, KW, ZE, AB, FK, KA, PA & PH may not be eligible for free post, please contact us prior to purchasing to see if free postage is available or a postage quote.

We accept returns up to 30 days of receipt. In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item or receive your item damaged (if your parcel looks damaged when delivered please ask the courier to sign the paper work as item damaged as this makes any claims easier to process), the correct item will be dispatched straight away free of charge and all return postage costs (agreed in advance) of the incorrect item will be refunded by ourselves. 

Items ordered incorrectly can be returned if they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt and no damage or changes have been made to the item eg. (drilling, cutting, polishing, painting, powder coating etc).

We don't go out of our way to solicit any feedback, so all given are genuine.

On goods we send, we will provide feedback after the item has arrived at it's destination.
