Not sure if this was new old stock, I acquired this box item was taped and sealed at an estate sale.

after opening the box, it looked brand new and everything was in its place in the Styrofoam like it's been

unused there are a few mild spots that look used but maybe that's just from ageing.

tested it without anything in it and each speed ran great
