I can’t make out the designer/maker. It does say made in Mexico and the stamped size is 32.

I think the pink leather buckle is supposed to represent a cactus? Very cool. It is stuffed/filled and not flat. The loop that holds the buckle in place has 2 brads and one is missing, but it is the bottom one for reinforcement, so I think it will be fine that it is missing.

I’m thinking this is from the 80’s or 90’s, but not sure. Very cool. Wear consistent with age/use. See all pics.
