Here are some other things I may have forgotten to mention:

• Please message me via eBay with any questions, concerns – I don’t always see my e-mails. I want my customers to be HAPPY. Don't EVER hesitate to contact me with concerns, or complaints.

• I don’t pay for shipping returns UNLESS I accidentally misrepresented the item—like missing a lid, or listing it as the wrong size. Please examine the MEASUREMENTS, description, and photos in my listings! Ask any questions before you buy. I will answer within a day typically.

• If return is due to shipping damage, buyer must comply with all requirements that USPS, UPS, or FedEx requires of them for returns (Ex.: keep all packing materials, let carrier inspect product, etc.).  Buyer also agrees to take pictures of the broken item and box and email them to the seller. Items that are damaged via shipping must be reported within 2 days of delivery in order for a refund (this is in order to file a timely claim with the shipper).

• *International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. (if purchased through the global shipping program, then they will include the full cost to you – that’s why it seems higher in some cases). Shipping time frame is only estimated – some international shipments can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on your country
