Made by Medalta in Medicine Hat,  Alberta, Canada, and used as a pickle crock. Stamp on the crock dates it between 1926-1940,  with some sources stating as new as 1956.  Does not include lid. There is a small chip missing around the top lip of the jar, but otherwise in great condition with no cracks.
