This pennant is a mini one.  It measures 3 1/2" by 9" by 9" in size.  It has a picture of the state capital on it.  There are 4 tassels that are 2 1/2" long.  It is in good condition for its' age.  It was folded at one point and has a crease.  I found this when cleaning out my dad's house after he passed away.  It was stored with a Watkins Glen pennant that was dated 1946.  But, I can't verify the actual age of the item.  Annapolis, MD is where the United States Naval Academy is located.  But, This is NOT a Navy pennant.
