This lens attachment appears to be barely used in excellent cosmetic condition, the glass is clean and clear with no scratches or cleaning marks. it comes with original package including manual.

This one is universal model A fits for 42mm diameter lenses like Leica summitar Canon serenar f2, f1.8, f1.9. tested with my leica iiif  camera in good working order(see pictures for example). but does not fit for m3 or m2 when I tried to mount it on.
