"At a Monthly Meeting for Sufferings held in Philadelphia, the 13th day of the 10th month 1757"
It is addressed "For the Quarterly Meeting in Chester County". "Sign'd by order of our said meeting James Pemberton Clerk"

The document has two horizontal creases from being folded. Some small losses, some discoloration, else in very good condition.
