Brand new in package, however blister card may have some shelf wear/blemishes, such as nicks, scuffs, light imprints, and soft edges/corners, and the blister may have some residue effect (from the factory, not sure what it is- you can only tell with the glare) or a small nick (all shown for example in the pictures provided)
