The album was presented on September 4, 5 and 6, 1981 at the Obras stadium. At first, when Charly García and David Lebón composed the songs for this album, García thought that it was more of a film than a long-play. That's why he came up with the idea of putting a giant screen at the recital, projecting specially recorded videos and having the group play in the dark, accompanying those images. Finally, the idea was discarded because the stadium roof was too low: the screen was going to cover a large part of the stage and they were going to be almost completely hidden.
Criticism:
Charly García described the album as a notable breakthrough in terms of recording and musical quality for the band.
