this is in pretty good shape.. was dirty did clean up well .. the more i clean it the better it gets.. has some marks and scratches.. little rust as well .. but not bad at all .. please check pics.. there s a bar that goes underneath that moves the barrier for changing lanes .. keeps falling off . but its there.. last 2 pics of other lane changer.. does work .. but needs a little push.. overall not bad at all ..
