in okay shape, 

missing two of the smaller press in pads

missing 1 of the larger threaded in pads.

missing two Cannondale metal sign on one pedal.

hey, i see a broken set on uk ebay that could be looted or the missing parts.  Parts that will fall off again if you ride on them.

pedals for show, not go.
