The copyright date on the box is 1949 which matches the Saturday Evening Post issue date of the puzzle image, but this puzzle was made at a later date.

We know this puzzle goes with this box because the ID number is on the unopened bag (see attached pictures), and the puzzle pieces visible through the plastic bag match the box image (see example of child in diaper standing on balcony in attached picture).

Previously owned, as-is.  Puzzle is new and still in unopened original bag.  Box has storage wear including paper worn on edges and corners.  Box corner seams are still intact.  See attached pictures.
