Princess Cruises - A fold-out, twelve-page brochure for the PRINCESS ITALIA's cruises to Mexico during the winter of 1968-69. Notice the Princess "Seawitch" logo on the cover. This was the first time it was used.
Inside the brochure are interior and exterior ship photos, deck plans, sample cabin photos, destination info, and itineraries.
The sleek and modern PRINCESS ITALIA was a huge step-up from the line's first chartered ship, the beloved but stodgy PRINCESS PATRICIA from Canadian Pacific. Princess would lease PRINCESS ITALIA through 1973 before new fleet opportunities came along when purchased by P&O in 1974.
