Mehano Vossloh G1700 HGK

The Vossloh G1700 BB is a four axle B′B′ medium power diesel-hydraulic locomotive manufactured by Vossloh Locomotives GmbH. The locomotive type is operated by private rail operators in Germany and Austria.

Formed in 1992, HGK serves Germany’s second biggest inland port and 63 customers in the Köln area. Operates container shuttle trains from Rotterdam to Köln, and to northern Italy via Basel, with connections throughout Germany and to Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Poland, Belgium and the Netherlands in co-operation with other companies.

This Mehano model was released in 2008. Locomotive has been test driven with a standard DC transformer. Comes with 21 pin interface for easy installation of decoder. LED lighting (3x white front, 2x red rear).
