Before being listed the motherboard was fully tested. Motherboard is working (see attached video).

The CMOS battery is housed inside the ODIN RTC CHIP and due to the motherboard's age the battery is definetely dead. However the motherboard is starting and working. The only issue is that BIOS settings can not be saved and it is required to hit F1 every time it starts. There are some ways of replacement the RTC chip with a new one or adding external battery. Please google to find more details.
