HOW WE ROLL (FAQS):
Our Shipping - aims to rival or top 'big box store' delivery times (items ordered by 1 pm PST usually ship same day). Tracking included unless o/w noted.
Packaging/reusing - We include clean 2ndhand materials; always w/ a handmade note; often with vintage ephemera. Paper scraps are re-used; plastics are avoided/used minimally. We donate to environmental groups.
Returns - If due to our error or a postal misshap, returns are accepted (photos requested for the latter).
