The bar installs in seconds, providing convenience and allowing more time for your workouts. This bar is adjustable from 24.75 to 36.5-inches to fit any standard door frame. Also included is a set of weight bearing brackets. Use the weight bearing brackets for pull-ups and the non-weight bearing brackets for foot anchor exercises such as sit ups.
