This is a fixed-price sale for the BARE printed circuit board used to repair the hopeless 2-board lashup found in the Pride DX-300 base amplifier.

You are buying ONLY THE BARE PC BOARD with bleeder resistors installed as you see them.

No other Parts. Just the bleeder resistors.

And the jumper wires. This board can be configured for other custom applications. The jumper wires shown serve to configure it for the Pride amplifier's setup requirements.

No directions, other than the web page that shows how to build and install it.

THE PICTURES ARE GENERIC. THEY ALL LOOK LIKE THIS.

No returns for any reason, no matter how good they sound. ALL SALES FINAL!

This product uses LETHAL high voltages when installed in a working amplifier. BY BUYING THIS PRODUCT YOU HEREBY AGREE NOT TO KILL OR INJURE YOURSELF in the course of using, installing or even looking at it. If you do, and your estate sues me, I will file a countersuit for three times as much claiming breach of contract. You did agree not to, after all.

Instructions to build and install it are found under the YouTube link's video description.

They say a link to a YouTube video is allowed.

No returns for any reason, no matter how good they sound. ALL SALES FINAL!

If someone wants a quantity of these, it will depend on how many I have on hand and how fast you want them.

Feel free to ask, but this sale is for quantity one (1), for the BARE PC BOARD with bleeder resistors ONLY!

You may notice the two bare wire jumpers on the solder side. These serve to set up the board for six filter caps. This is a new version of the HDHV board that can use eight or nine filter caps. Well, only if you don't cut off that part of it. This one has been cut down to fit the Pride amplifiers, and has room for only six filter caps.

With any luck, we'll have the larger version up for sale before long.

The maximum capacitor diameter it will take is 30 millmeters! Sorry, the larger 1-3/8-inch "35mm" caps won't fit. They're just too fat.

You may also observe the white silkscreen diode symbol hugging up against the two holes for each filter cap. Pay no attention to these. You only need a diode there if the board is set up for a custom full-wave doubler circuit. The Pride uses a full-wave bridge circuit, NOT a doubler so those diodes are not needed for the Pride's HV supply. Just ignore the extra holes.

THIS BOARD IS ONLY SET UP FOR THE NORMAL SIX FILTER CAPS USED IN THE Pride DX-300. In a custom application, you should be safe up to about 2450 Volts DC no load with six 450-Volt caps.

Of course, you could use six 500-Volt rated electrolytics on this board. That would make it safe to use up to about 2700 Volts no-load, but that's up to you. Any custom application is out of our hands. If it won't work, it's your problem.

The pcb holes for the rectifier diodes are large enough to accomodate 6-Amp rated diodes. They are too close together for that size rectifier, but you can stagger them with every other diode on the bottom side of the board. They'll fit just fine that way. Don't want to post a pic of that trick, lest someone scream "NOT AS PICTURED!" and tell me I should send him some of those fat 6-Amp rectifiers.

Only the conventional 2400-Volt full-wave-bridge setup is documented on our web site, as used in the Pride DX300. If you know what you're doing I won't need to draw you a picture of how it may be used in a different custom application.

A SINGLE  board will ship in a padded envelope USPS Priority Mail.  An order for more than that goes into a Priority Mail small flat-rate box.
