Frame is a 55cm according to Klein

Standover Height. 80/81cm   about 31.5"

The frame had a long term previous owner - He had it repainted about 20 years ago

and told me he paid CycleArt more to repaint it than it cost originally to buy =

The Kestrel Fork was a upgrade mid ownership 

Overall the frame is in Very Good condition 

Typical paint nicks where you'd expect - There is a basic headset included of no value -

I would install a sealed HS  for sure
