Octavo (16 x 10cm), pp.238 [2]. Softcover in pictorial card wrappers, front cover is UNPRICED, Australian price to rear (6/-). Contents clean but toned as expected, light spotting to rear cover, gentle spine roll. Near fine. Bibliographer's copy, with pencil ownership within. Following the exported printings "this is the first printing officially intended for sale in the UK" -Gilbert, pages 372-3. With blue-green title lettering (not purplish blue) being the correct cover for this impression; the fourth printing should be priced 3/6 for sale in the UK, but this variant is unpriced for export. SCARCE THUS. In our considerable experience these are seldom seen, and are more elusive than the first three unpriced export printings with purplish blue titles. One for the completist.
