This backpack was made by a local artisan in Bhutan in the 1980’s. It has never been used and is in new condition. There is a double dorji on the flap and yak on the front of the bag both made of leather. The bag body and flap are felt and the straps are canvas with adjustable buckles. The trim and sides are typical colorful Bhutanese designs. The flap has a toggle and bag has drawstring closure. The entire bag is lined in blue fabric. It measures 12” long, AND 12” wide. A true collectors item for a lover of Himalayan culture.
