This is a new (without tag) Pottery Barn Kids FAIR ISLE RED POLKA DOT Christmas Stocking with IVORY cuff.

This is a sold out / no longer available stocking. The short monogram was removed but it did leave a small tear LEFT CENTER center (see second pic) thus the lowered price. Zoom in / enlarge second pic to see area of monogram removal. Ready to have monogrammed with your preferred name. A good monogrammer can cover the area (despite the tear) to where you'd hardly know there had ever been a previous monogram.
This stocking is from an outlet store that carries primarily PB items.
You may wonder how an item can be new but have a monogram removed. When PB makes a mistake on their monogramming such as wrong name on wrong item, wrong font, wrong font size, wrong color thread, etc. they cannot use the stocking. So even though it is new it is sent to the outlets and usually does not have a tag. These rare stockings cost me more to purchase as well.
