Most clothing items are bought at the Gap distribution center. They stock over stocks and returns from all Gap affiliated stores. You may notice a colored line through the clothing size or tag or on the bottom/inside of a shoe or boot. This prevents a return to the retail stores. It does not mean the item is damaged. If the item is from the factory store it will be noted.
