Each batch is made by cooking dried chickpeas from Paloose Farms, a sustainable farm co-op who uses all the proper farming techniques to preserve and enrich the soil, no pesticides and no GMOs.

Each pouch makes about 10 oz of hummus once rehydrated. All you need is cold water and you can even mix right in the pouch!
