Sony's Neige minidisc was a popular style from its introduction in 1999 until its retirement in 2005. 

The basic formula: a crystal-clear shell with a silver disc and black or white text. Simple and classy. Sony tinkered with the details periodically, ultimately selling 9 different versions of the disc. This set includes all 9 versions, specifically:

1999 1st series with a big outlined black "Neige" running sideways up the left side of the disc and an embossed "Sony" on the shutter (74 and 80 minute versions)
1999 variation: same as above, but with a black printed "Minidisc" logo on the shutter
2002 2nd series: white text and a wide "74" or "80" printed at the top (one each of 74 and 80 min)
2003 3rd series: similar to 2nd series, but the "Neige" is bigger and the "74" or "80" at the top is not as wide as in 2002
2004 4th series: all the text is much smaller -- both the "Neige" and the "74" or "80" (one each of 74 and 80).

These discs were part of a huge batch that I imported from Japan. We've removed all stickers from the discs.

The discs will contain their original music from Japan -- usually pop songs from around 2000-2005 -- because recorded media qualifies for Media Mail rates and blank media technically doesn't.
