ENCARTA Encyclopedia 99 & ENCARTA Encyclopedia 2000 are new/sealed in plastic.

ENCARTA Reference Suite 98 does not appear to have been wrapped in shrink wrap, but has a circular plastic seal that does not appear to have been disturbed. The box of ENCARTA Encyclopedia 2000 is slightly bent in on one end but still sealed.
