191 page 8vo.; 22cm. x 15cm.; 0.424kg.; hardcover, with excellent unmarked crimson cloth textured boards and crisp silver titling to a good spine panel; tight square stitched and glued binding, perfect joints and hinges, no bumps or shelf wear, no defacement or marking excepting the author's signed and dated inscription on the ffep., see picture 3. Perfectly regular clean text block with solid tinting to the top edge, not malodorous only a slight hint of staleness, no foxing or discolouration. An excellent example, and not ex-library. All text and illustrations present.

Dustwrapper in fair condition and not price clipped (21s. net), small areas of edge loss at the spine extremities and with internal strips of archival tape stabilising top and bottom; not faded.
