As part of Orbital Surplus' replica line:

We offer an extremely accurate high quality replica of the Apollo Cuff Checklist. (Picture with black background is Cernan's real flown checklist for comparison)
All measurements were taken directly off real, flown checklist and pages have been replicated from photos of original pages.

This is a replica of the Apollo 17 CDR EVA - 1 checklist. Used by astronaut Gene Cernan

This is printed on 8 mil & 10 mil synthetic paper, nearly identical to the DuPont Chronopaque® film used on the originals.  With a machined and anodized aluminum band and spring bronze page spring. Complete with correct etched part numbers.

This checklist if the culmination of work done by Global Effects over the past 25 years, starting with replica check lists that they produced for the HBO series "From the Earth to the Moon" in 1998. (Which have sold at auction for over $3000)
Global has also produced replica checklists for a number of films, including Apple TV, for their series "For All Mankind".
Taking what they learned from those replicas, as well as direct comparison to Allen Bean's real checklist in his home, and Dave Scotts flown checklist, Global has produced the most accurate replica available.

These are extremely limited art pieces.
We currently only have 3 on hand.

Here at Orbital Surplus, we collect odds and ends from anywhere in the galaxy. So depending on what empire has collapsed, space freighter has crashed or Transport "got lost", we never know what we will receive next. However, we have lost our lease on the asteroid we have called home for more than 30 solar cycles and have to move. So we are finding stuff we forgot we had, and this is where you luck out, cause it all has to go!
