This is a good used dash light indicator panel from a Honda 4518, part number  37166-758-003.

It's no longer available to buy new, and they often get brittle and break, leaving a unsightly hole.

This one isn't perfect, it has a little light fading and some scratches, but it's solid and should work fine for you.

These glue into the dash panel. The original glue is like a rubber cement, I recommend a flexible glue / sealant like clear silicon RTV.
