Poissot DPP 273 - Mamzelle's Valentine Dress includes:

Cape, Dickey, Undersleeves, Dress Skirt, Skirt Lining, Dress Bodice.

The pattern is designed to fit a 23" doll.  

 K.L. Epperly was the guest designer.

This pattern was removed from the 1999 February issue of the Doll Crafter Magazine.

It is new in that is has never been used and is UNCUT.  

It is used in the sense that it has been around since 1999.
