Up for sale is every single rare Bandai 2005-'06 One Piece CCG card you could have gotten on packs or starter decks for a Double Master Set!! Set 1 was The Quest Begins cards which circulated alright in the states. The American card game stopped after two sets with the second being Passage to the Grand Line (PttGL)

With Quest Begins:

The Gold Rare cards come 1 in every 48 packs, and in my experience they aren't that easy to come by. There are three Golden Rare cards in this set: Luffy, Zolo, and Luffy's technique card Gum Gum Pinwheel that obliterates opponent reinforcements.

There are 115 different numbered cards with 50 character cards and 65 technique cards. Silver Rares have two varieties, and every common, uncommon, and rare character card has a Holo version with the exception of Holo character cards.

Silver Rare cards in this set include Mihawk, Shanks, and the villains Don Krieg and Arlong.

Silver Rare cards come 1 in every 12 packs.

With all Holos and Silver Rare varieties it is 160 cards here and 182 for PttGL for 342 unique vintage treasures!!

Character cards 44-50 and technique cards 56-65 can not be found in packs. They were exclusive to starter decks, and even they are included in this sale! Only Luffy and Alvida of those character cards are even available as holos.

Passage to the Grand Line was made by Bandai in 2006 and only hit the shelves for about a month when the game was cancelled, and much of the product never hit stores and shelves. There were only 348 cartons with six 24 pack booster boxes ever printed!!

The Gold Rare cards come 1 in every 48 packs, and in my experience they aren't that easy to come by. It's more like 1 in 100 or more packs. The few 6 box cases I have opened had instances of only 2 Gold Rare cards, meaning roughly only 700-1000 Gold Rare cards were ever made for this set.

There are five Gold Rare cards in this set: Luffy the Man to be King of the Pirates, Dorry, Brogy, Mr. 0 Crocodile The Cursed Dry Right Hand, and Portgaz D. Trace The Man Waiting at a Higher Place. Some Gold Rares appear a lot more frequently than others. It is possible that less than 100 of the hardest to pull Gold Rares were ever made.

PSA and big grading companies are finally acknowledging these old Bandai One Piece sets with the popularity of the new ones. These cards were made from the 4 kids Anime which changed character names and marketed to children only. They are legit cards, 4 kids just made decisions that took a bit of charm, depth, and maturity away from the story.

Silver Rare cards in this set include Trace / Ace, Dr. Kureha, Smoker / Chaser, Nico Robin / Ms. Sunday, Mr. 3 Candle Champion, Chopper, Zoro / Zolo the Duelist, and Luffy. The Silver Rare with Silver letter are more rare than those with black letters for the character name.

Silver Rare with Silver Letters are 2-3x times as hard to pull as Silver Rares with Black Letters.

Silver Rare cards come 1 in every 12 packs as advertised on the back of a pack. Empty pack sleeves included.

There are 128 cards in this set with 59 character cards from 51-109 and 69 technique cards from 66-134.

Every Rare, Common, and Uncommon Character card has a holographic option. You got 1 holo per pack. The master set has every holo and every card available in packs including both varieties of silver rares for 182 cards total!!

You will receive exactly what is pictured, binder and all! All holos are in penny sleeves. Cards are new in that they are all pack fresh and have never been used in gameplay.
