2) Your part number must be checked against the one in the listing (if there is one) as items that are supplied correctly but purchased in error are subject to minus courier charge.

3) Any items that need to be returned are the buyer’s responsibility to pay return costs. Postage prices are not refundable, if correct item sent.

1)Tracking Number would be provided the first time.

2) Items would be tested and confirmed to work before they are sent.

4)Please Kindly CHECK with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs would be before buying.

  Returns

--- Our parts are tested and working so we will need paperwork of proof from registered garage that part is faulty.

--- The customer is responsible for return postage costs

Also, we will charge 25% restocking fee if item is in working order.

--- if your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging.

--- If we found that part was opened, used, or any other mechanical damage was done, we will not refund money.
