Uranium glass article JS-19, not polished. Produced for color lens and wikipedia says its "borosilicate optical glass yellow ZhS19 - 1.37% UO3 through uranyl nitrate UO2(NO3)6H2O". Also can found other characteristics of glass if need. Maybe can be used in some DIY, like nixie watch, as control source for dosimeter or some installation.
