In good useable condition wire has been cut

My shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM E.S.T. to guarantee shipment the same day. Any time after that, the order will be shipped the next available shipping day. 

My shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All orders must be placed and PAID by 2 PM EST to be shipped the same day. Any and all orders after that time will be shipped the next available shipping day.
